(1) Jurisdiction of the labor court shall be exercised by the chairman and members collectively. However, in the absence of the chairman or one of the members, a two-member bench can also process and resolve the case.
(2) The decision of the majority of the members shall be considered as the decision of the Labor Court.
(3) If there is a difference of opinion between the members of the two-member bench, such opinion shall be submitted to the third member and the opinion supported by the third member shall be considered as the decision of the labor court. If the opinion of the chairman and the members are different, the opinion of the chairman shall be considered as the decision of the labor court.
